05's new footbox assembly

These are the first photos of V05's new footbox assembly, almost hot out of the jig. That's the original factory jig. Made using the original factory sheet folder. Took almost a week. Heritage fraud at it's best. Coming soon, a new front swing-arm, or 'lower fork' for HCS enthusiasts, and a coupla new hub castings.

Why are we doing this? Maybe Graham will post the crash picture later..
