2014 Fresh paint and more powerful front brakes for next lot of trips!

A smaller front master cylinder of 1/2 inch replaces 14mm standard one so leverage increases from 10.8:1 now 13.12:1.

I could have gone to 14.69:1 using a 12mm master cylinder or even 17.48:1 using a 11mm one but want to make small incremental changes.

The removal of yellow painted areas and replacement by red paint follows the demonstrable improvement Rob Ring made using one colour throughout; and the reduction of clutter inside the cockpit follows the comments by FF road testers Mr Blezard and Mr Tribble.

The area in front of the windscreen is tidied due to the two layers being bolted together thus removing the air-grabbing slot and replacing it with the two side intakes each side of the windscreen but this was only possible by altering the screen angle upwards (it rests on the raised instruments Rob Ring introduced to improve seeing them) and only suits riders of my height, shorter torsoed riders can no longer look over the top of the screen. Sorry about that!

I am still working on the design of the Yamaha MT-09 one with twice the power and less weight :)

Fresh Paint

Looking more like a tomato skin Bob! - very tidy indeed. Have you treated it to the new chain and sprocket yet? I am looking forward to the tales of your adventures on this finely honed and well travelled roadster.
I am pleased you have been re-united after the trial seperation!
