Camera mounted to left side of motorbike topbox you can operate by rewiring the headlamp flasher to take a still picture

This is a MOBIUS camera £56 off ebay set to take a still photo every second when I press the headlamp flasher button on the bars. For the electricians watching it is twin wire house flex replacing the front headlamp wires at the left bar which goes to the rear lamp wiring in the topbox and splits the red live feed and sends live feed to a 12V cigarette style socket with a USB 5.5V converter pushed into it.The other side of the cigarette lighter socket goes to earth, actually scotchlocked into the rear lamp wiring too.

The camera takes a mini USB and is linked to the cigarette lighter with a full size USB plug, a standard USB linking wire as used for cameras and all kinds of kit, £2 on ebay new, about two feet long.

Vibration killed by spring tensioner to camera bracket.

Yes I could glue it to my helmet, I choose not to do that.

Camera takes 7 seconds to power up so I need to have a good count to 700 in hundreds after pressing the button in order to get the photo I want, I take about four each time and edit out the ones not wanted.

The camera replaces my passenger who used to take photographs over my shoulder:)
