BMW C evo promoted at 2016 UK show

Good to see the C evolution getting some decent promotion at Motorcycle Live 2016 thanks to the long-awaited government grant which was first promised in March 2015 and which should finally be available in January 2017.
A look at the second ComforTmax conversion gives an idea of how the Cevo might be 'FFed'. See here: http://bikeweb.com/node/1759

There's a project....

There's an easy FF conversion - but don't look at me, find a young enthusiast, do it yourself, etc. Any chance of a road test?

NOT an easy FF conversion!

The problem with the C evolution, from an FF conversion point of view, is that BMW have filled up all the space under the seat with a big pile of tightly packed controller gubbins, encased in metal. This ain't no Tmax or Burger King, where you can just remove the seat and luggage compartment and sit in the much lower position thus made available. No Sirree!

On the other hand, there is a 6 page road test of the C evolution Plus in the July/August issue of Autovolt magazine available here:
