Assorted FFs at Field Cottage, c.1985

From front to back: a red Gold Wing 1,000 Phasar, the Difazio-Creasey Honda CX500 Flying Banana and a Quasar bodyshell with AA markings (IIRC). I took this photo at Field Cottage in, I think, 1985. It's possible that this is the self-same red Gold Wing that appears elsewhere in this folder when it belonged to Richard Baughen in 1988 and thirty years later when it was owned by Dave Arthur...but we're not sure!
You can see by looking at the Banana that this was after it was modified for me by Malcolm Newell for (very cosy) 2-seater capability because it has the bubble screen and inverted indicators that were also part of the modifications.
This colourful photo was used in Andy Tribble's article about his 'Steaming Mango' Gold Wing Phasar in Motorcycle Sport, although sadly, the scan of it that can be read here is only in black & white: http://bikeweb.com/files/SteamingMangoMCSFeb1987.pdf. PNB
