You can wire the grips into the pilot light circuit or the accessory plug in the dashbox. The pilot light circuit is a lot easier to get and splice the wires in. Both circuits are switched with the ignition so the grips will always be off when you remove the key. There's a good space which you can see here on the right of the ignition barrel to lose all the cable.
