This design is by John Partridge - who has built a number of 'luge'-type FF machines. There are variations on this layout on his website.

There is a clear convergence of design with the good old Quasar, and maybe the Carver too. Those 'A' pillars look as if theywould limit the rider's vision a fair bit.
