Another half-forgotten photo from the archives. This snap was taken when Mark Crowson and I took part in the funeral cortege of Nick Roche, who died far too young in 2003. Mark rode Nick's Quasar and I rode Mark's QuickaQuasar to Eastbourne Crematorium. Nick's Quasar is now owned by Gavin Newell, son of its co-creator, Malcolm Newell, and it is still in use today (2024). PNB
