Obviously the front wheel is not the good one, the tire is too big (a lot), and plywood is not good enough. But now I can imagine... the end of this story.

That looks like a lot of progress. Any chance of a photo with something in it to hint at scale? Perhaps a pilot. I can't wait to see it completed. Bon continuation.
